Stone Island Marina has unveiled its SS26 collection, which pays tribute to maritime workers who labor at docks, harbors, and marinas. The Italian brand challenges romanticized perceptions of the seaside by focusing on the practical realities of those who work in these environments. The collection was presented through photography by Louis Flashman and video by Calum Glenday, captured during the transition from winter to spring, highlighting textures of metal, rope, and concrete. Garments are designed for durability and adaptability, intended to withstand harsh conditions without requiring constant attention from wearers. The brand revisited its archive, reinterpreting classic designs with contemporary updates for 2026. Notable pieces include a sailing jacket featuring a folding hood, rubber closures, and wooden pulls inspired by early designs, and a coach jacket made from 2/2 cotton twill with a Batavia weave for distinctive texture. Both jackets utilize garment-dyed nyco fabric to enhance color depth. Stone Island Marina was established in 1983, one year after the parent brand's founding. The collection emphasizes functional clothing that supports workers facing challenging elements and anti-social hours.
