From Miami to Kyiv, designers collaborate with renowned tattoo artists to create environments that mirror the transformative nature of body art. Haram Haram in Miami's Little River neighborhood features Arabic motifs by Chimera Design and artist Natashia El-Badewi, framing the practice as ceremonial. In Aarhus, Kidz Studio designed Sinners around themes of birth and reincarnation, leaving clients feeling like "a new version of oneself." New York's Bang Bang Tattoo by Jesse McGowan uses stark black-and-white volumes to create a "religious experience" for celebrity clients. Ukrainian artist Ulyana Nesheva's 6:19 Studio in Kyiv's Podil neighborhood, designed by Balbek Bureau, resembles a contemporary art workshop with a monochromatic palette.
