SHED Architecture & Design Completes Casa Dyes Inlet in Washington

Casa Dyes Inlet, a new primary residence with a guest house designed by SHED Architecture & Design, has been completed in Silverdale, Washington, United States. The project, led by principal architect Prentis Hale, covers 4,546 square feet and was built in 2025. The design reinterprets Scandinavian farm forms to harmonize with its waterfront location on the Kitsap Peninsula. High-performance strategies prioritize energy efficiency, comfort, and aging in place for an extended family. Interior design was also handled by SHED, with Joe Gates Construction as general contractor, Todd Perbix for structural engineering, and Positive Energy for mechanical engineering.
