Sharon Osbourne lists historic Hancock Park mansion for $17 million eight months after Ozzy's death

Sharon Osbourne has placed the Los Angeles mansion she shared with her late husband Ozzy Osbourne on the market for $17 million. The Tudor-style property in Hancock Park was originally designed in 1929 by architect A.K. Kellogg. Spanning 10,200 square feet, the home features a Mediterranean revival aesthetic with ornate fireplaces, wood-panelled rooms, and antique furnishings. A lower-level screening room contains a fireplace covered in celebrity signatures including Elvis Presley's, dating to when radio host Frank Bresee owned the residence. The Osbournes purchased the property in 2015 for $11.85 million and previously attempted to sell it in 2022, initially asking $18 million before reducing to $17.5 million before withdrawing. Their restoration work preserved the home's early 20th-century character while adding modern amenities. Notable spaces include a chef's kitchen opening to outdoor entertaining areas with a pizza oven, lush gardens surrounding a mosaic-tile swimming pool, four ensuite bedrooms, and a guest apartment above the garage. Carolwood Estates is handling the sale to pre-qualified buyers.
