Seashore Trolley Museum partners with nine nonprofits for Ice Cream Nights

Seashore Trolley Museum, the world's first and largest electric railway museum, is collaborating with nine southern Maine nonprofits for its annual Ice Cream Nights fundraising series. Every Wednesday in July and August, a different nonprofit will be hosted on the Kennebunkport campus from 5:30 to 7 p.m., with 50% of proceeds benefiting the partner. Executive Director Katie Orlando emphasized community collaboration. Tickets are $14 per night, with dairy-free options available. Partners include York County Habitat for Humanity, Arundel Conservation Trust, Kennebunkport Emergency Medical Services, Friends of Wood Island Lighthouse, Kennebunk Free Library, Brick Store Museum, The Little Pantry, The Community Gourmet, and Animal Welfare Society. Sponsor Wyman's of Maine donates fruit toppings. Additional July events include the museum's 87th birthday on July 5, Moxie Day on July 12, Daniel Tiger visits on July 18-19, and First Responder Days on July 25-26.
