Scholten Japanese Art marks 25th anniversary with Asia Week exhibition showcasing 20th century prints

Scholten Japanese Art is presenting an exhibition called STERLING: 25 Years in New York during Asia Week New York 2026 to commemorate its 25th anniversary. The gallery has organized 90 exhibitions and published 9 books over its history, selling more than 7,000 artworks to over 50 museums and numerous collectors. The display will feature Japanese woodblock prints from the early to mid-20th century, focusing on shin-hanga and sosaku hanga movements, aiming to deepen understanding of this artistic period.
