American writer Sarai Walker has published the biting novel 'Dietland,' which calls for rebellion against societal beauty standards. The book follows Prune, an anonymous editor for a teen magazine who responds to desperate letters from broken young girls while living as a prisoner in a body society refuses to accept. Walker's work explores a world where women reject beauty and thinness dictates, featuring a radical feminist movement called 'Jennifer' that shakes the country. Originally published in English, the French edition titled '(In)visible' was translated by Alexandre Guégan and published by Gallmeister.
