Romane Charlot's Luminous Glass Sculptures Explore Light, Labor, and Collective Form

Romane Charlot, a French artist in Montrouge/Paris, creates installations with colored glass and metal, treating light as a structural element. Her works, which include "ÇA TOURNE" (2024) at Beaux-Arts de Paris, reorganize space through projection and reflection. Notable pieces are "HELSIX" (2023), "GRAINS DE VERRE" (2025), "ROUET DE VERRE" (2025), "CARROUSEL" (2024), "ROULEAU" (2024), and "CHEVAL ET VOITURE DE VERRE" (2024). Charlot's installations reference working-class culture from Northern France and utilize an intuitive bricolage process. She received the Action Logement Seqens grant and has exhibited at various venues.
