Robert Oxnam's Driftwood Sculptures and Macro Photography to Debut at Alisan Fine Arts New York

Alisan Fine Arts in New York will showcase Robert Oxnam’s driftwood sculptures alongside his macro photography. This display is part of the 2025 Finding Qi series, curated by Amei Wallach and Vishakha Desai, through the East End Arts Council. Alice King, the gallery's founder, has a longstanding relationship with both Oxnam and Desai. A share of the proceeds will benefit the Asia Society New York. Oxnam, recognized for his work in academia and the non-profit world, discovered his passion for art while gathering aged wood pieces from the shores of Long Island Sound, which had been transformed by nature and insects.
