Ringling Museum Celebrates 25-Year Partnership with Florida State University

The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, Florida's official state art museum, is marking 25 years under the stewardship of Florida State University. This partnership has led to significant growth including collection expansion, endowment increases, facility additions, and record public engagement. Under FSU governance since the late 1990s, the Sarasota-based museum has become one of the largest university-affiliated art museums in the United States.
