Richard Saltoun Gallery mounts first posthumous Felicity Powell survey

Richard Saltoun Gallery in London is staging the first exhibition dedicated to British artist Felicity Powell since her death in 2015. Curated with her widower, artist Ansel Krut, the show spans three decades of her practice across sculpture, drawing, photography, and video, including previously unseen material. Powell's work has been featured in major institutional presentations such as 'Drawn from the Well' at the Victoria and Albert Museum (2002–04), 'Medals of Dishonour' at the British Museum (2009, co-curated with Philip Attwood), and 'Charmed Life: The Solace of Objects' at the Wellcome Collection (2011, curated by Powell herself). The exhibition highlights the enduring resonance of her creative vision, rooted in intimate encounters with material and personal reflections on self.
