Richard Orlinski's Wild Kong Sculpture Featured at Interni Materiae Exhibition

French pop artist Richard Orlinski's sculpture Wild Kong is being presented as part of the Interni Materiae exhibition-event. The three-meter-tall red resin work depicts a primate with an open mouth and visible teeth, conveying primal energy while exploring emotional dimensions. The exhibition is organized by Interni for the 2026 FuoriSalone during Milan Design Week, focusing on material experimentation and design innovation. Fidenza Village, a shopping destination within The Bicester Collection, is participating by hosting the sculpture in collaboration with La Galleria Deodato Arte and curator Luca Bravo. Orlinski describes the piece as embodying his Born Wild concept, which celebrates authenticity and inner strength, suggesting that true power involves kindness and emotional awareness. The artist emphasizes making art accessible beyond traditional settings, integrating it into everyday environments. Following the Design Week presentation, Wild Kong will be relocated to Fidenza Village in May 2026, joining 29 other artworks to create an open-air museum experience. This marks the fourth year Fidenza Village has partnered with Interni to promote cultural programming that blends fashion, art, and design.
