Reflx Lab Launches Diablo 100 Redscale Film, Turning Scenes into Fiery Hues

publication · 2026-07-01

Reflx Lab has introduced Diablo 100, a new experimental redscale 35mm film that shifts colors to dramatic red, orange, and yellow tones. Based on Lucky C200 film stock, it is loaded backward so light passes through the transparent base before hitting the emulsion. Available now for $11.99 per 36-shot roll, it ships only in 135 format. Photographer Frankie Beena provided sample shots, noting the film can be challenging but yields stunning results in the right scenes. The film follows Harman Technology's Harman Red 125, released last year in 35mm and later 120 format. PetaPixel's Matt Growcoot reviewed Harman Red 125, praising its unique look. Diablo 100 is not yet at B&H but may be added later.
