Range Rover has unveiled its first all-electric model, the Range Rover Electric, slated for release in 2027. Despite electrification, off-road capability remains intact, with a traction management system responding in 50 milliseconds—100 times faster than combustion equivalents—and wading depth of 35 inches, plus 45-degree slope capability. The design closely mirrors the gas-powered Range Rover, with aerodynamic tweaks to wheels, underbody, and grille. Pricing starts at $113,300 for the standard wheelbase SE, with the Autobiography long wheelbase at $179,500, and a limited First Edition available this year.
