Ramón Esteve Studio Designs Las Cigarreras Cultural-Tech Hub in Alicante

Ramón Esteve Estudio has unveiled plans for Las Cigarreras, a 24 m² mixed-use complex in Alicante, Spain, set for completion in 2026. The project aims to transform an early twentieth-century industrial complex into a technological and cultural space, supporting architectural heritage recovery and urban regeneration. The lead architects include Ramón Esteve, Vicente Vidal, Ivo Vidal, Ciro Vidal, and Isaac Montava, with a team comprising Anna Boscà, Tudi Soriano, and Pau Raigal. Engineering consultants include Leing (structural) and ORTHEM (other), with landscape architecture by GM Paisajistas. Curated by Valentina Díaz, the project emphasizes economic, educational, cultural, and social activity.
