Quintas do Lago Club Project Integrates Architecture with Natural Landscape in 2025 Development

A new hospitality and entertainment project called Quintas do Lago Playa de los Coqueiros has been designed by Estúdio Vinicius Macêdo and Novais Arquitetura, with completion scheduled for 2025. The architectural concept centers on harmonizing built structures with the surrounding natural environment, specifically preserving views of a nearby lagoon. To achieve this, the architects developed a two-level design. The upper level features a linear plaza with an observation area that guides visitors from the sidewalk toward the water. The lower level contains various communal facilities including a gourmet deck, party room, game area, fitness center, playroom, kitchen, and restrooms. These spaces connect to an organic-shaped swimming pool with an infinity edge. The project spans 1,185 square meters and involves multiple specialists: landscape design by Thiago Borges, urban planning by Plano Urb, and various engineering consultancies including Terrabrasilis for civil work, Qualitas Engenharia and Danúbio Costa Lagoa for structural elements, Ethos Engenharia for installations, and Emanuel Cassiano for lighting. Coordination was handled by Gabriel Napoleão, with technical team support from Lara Alves and project team involvement from Amanda Sales. The design team was led by architects Vinicius Macêdo and Lucas Novais. Photography for the project documentation was provided by Felipe Petrovsky, and curation was overseen by Susanna Moreira. Materials and products were supplied by companies including Arkos Madeira Plástica and Equipe da Cor. The project represents a contemporary approach to leisure architecture that prioritizes environmental integration and visual connectivity with natural landscapes.
