Prada Unveils 'Clarity' SS27 Menswear and Prada Galleria in Milan

Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons presented 'Clarity,' Prada's Spring/Summer 2027 menswear collection, in a stark setting of translucent flooring and concrete. The collection featured a refined, elongated silhouette with tailored jackets, trousers, and transparent looks, balanced by colorful leather tailoring. The palette moved from monochromes to muted burgundies, earthy neutrals, and flashes of bright colors. Accessories included nylon pouches clipped with carabiners. The show notes described the collection as 'freed from extraneous detail and exaggeration,' emphasizing precision and intention. On June 21, Prada hosted a dinner at Ristorante Torre atop Fondazione Prada, with guests including Klaus Biesenbach, Arthur Jafa, Troye Sivan, and members of ENHYPEN. Coinciding with Milan Fashion Week, Prada announced Prada Galleria, a multi-floor destination in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, set to open in September. It will connect Prada Donna and Prada Uomo via an underground passageway and include spaces for private shopping, made-to-measure, fine jewelry, events, and a public exhibition on Prada's history.
