PHI Contemporary Breaks Ground in Old Montreal
PHI Contemporary has officially begun construction with a groundbreaking ceremony in Old Montreal. The event was attended by Quebec Minister of Culture Mathieu Lacombe, Minister Chantal Rouleau, MP Jacques Ramsay, city official Andréanne Moreau, PHI Founder Phoebe Greenberg, and CEO Eric Albert. The new institution will be located in the heart of Old Montreal.
