Pennsylvania AG Sues Wedding Photographer Over Undelivered Images

Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday announced a lawsuit against Philadelphia-based wedding photographer Christina Garcia, operating as Wandering Stardust Collective and Christina Hernandez Artistry LLC, for allegedly failing to deliver images to customers and refusing to return deposits, totaling $75,000. Disgruntled brides formed a Facebook group to share experiences. Garcia allegedly double- or triple-booked herself and ghosted clients on their wedding day. A Reddit post from a bride claimed she received only one-third of her contracted gallery and no video, and that Garcia had not paid her videographer. Garcia's lawyer cited a "perfect storm" of health emergencies, technological issues, and being overbooked. The lawsuit follows a similar action by the North Carolina Attorney General against Holly Christina Photography earlier this year.
