Paulo Martins Architecture Unveils Beira Mar II Residential Project in Portugal

Paulo Martins Architecture and Design has completed the Beira Mar II residential project, a 98-square-meter house designed through careful consideration of its location. The project was led by architect Paulo Martins, with creative direction also provided by Martins. Hugo Ferreira served as a collaborator on the design, while Construlautus Engenharia e Construção handled the civil construction. The project was curated by Susanna Moreira. Photography for the project was completed by Ivo Tavares Studio. The design incorporates products from several suppliers including Santa&Cole, BD Barcelona Design, Davide Groppi, Marset, Normann Copenhagen, Oiside, Sancal, and Vondom. According to the project team, the residence emerged from attentive listening to the site and an intention to create living spaces that enhance residential experiences.
