Paris Museums Offer Extended Evening Hours for Spring 2026 Exhibitions

Numerous Parisian museums and cultural institutions are providing extended evening openings during April 2026, with many offering late hours on specific weekdays, particularly Wednesdays and Thursdays. The Palais de Tokyo remains open daily until 10 PM, except Tuesdays. The Musée du Luxembourg is currently hosting a surrealist exhibition featuring Leonora Carrington from February 18 to July 19, 2026. The recently restored Bibliothèque nationale de France site at Richelieu, which reopened in 2022, showcases its historic Oval Room and presents temporary exhibitions. The Fondation Cartier, now located near the Louvre, displays contemporary visual arts from October 25, 2025, to August 23, 2026. The Jeu de Paume features British photographer Martin Parr's 'Global Warning' exhibition from January 30 to May 24, 2026. The Louvre Museum, open until 9 PM on certain evenings, offers guided mini-tours during its Wednesday and Friday late hours.
