Paris Exhibition Showcases Locally Made Everyday Objects and Contemporary Craftsmanship

An exhibition titled "30 Faubourg, l'art du quotidien made in Paris" is being presented in Paris, focusing on everyday items entirely produced within Parisian workshops. Organized by SINOPLE, the display functions as a concept store highlighting home goods, fashion pieces, cultural items, and a section dedicated to giving objects a "second life." The exhibition aims to celebrate the diversity and richness of local craftsmanship through ordinary objects. It features a new generation of artisans who address contemporary issues, balancing creative expression with responsible consumption. These artisans' practices engage with current trends, including those influenced by social media, rather than representing static traditional crafts. They are described as both inheritors of tradition and drivers of renewal, contributing to the cultural and economic vitality of Greater Paris. The event is presented by the BUREAU DU DESIGN, DE LA MODE ET DES MÉTIERS D'ART. It runs from April 2 to May 16, 2026, at 30 rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine in the 75012 arrondissement, near the Bastille metro station. Opening hours are Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30, Saturdays from 14:00 to 19:00, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Admission is free.
