Paris Autumn Openings: Anne-Sophie Pic's Bar at Fondation Cartier Among Five New Art-Adjacent Addresses
Beaux Arts showcases five new art-related venues in Paris for the autumn season. At the Fondation Cartier, Utopic, a dining bar created by chef Anne-Sophie Pic, will debut before the exhibition "Le temps des récoltes" and Art Basel's Paris edition. Utopic boasts cocktails crafted by Maël Jego and unique dishes such as snail cromesquis. The space is designed by Moinard Bétaille, featuring visuals from Olga Prader and others. Mégie, located on quai de la Mégisserie, merges a plant shop, workshop, and café. Hôtel Le Magnifique, adorned by Vincent Darré, includes the music-hall bar Le Picabia. L'Alcazar reopens with a design by Bureau Lacroix and live performances. Chef Fanny Herpin's Fougue in Beaupassage serves French classics in a stunning environment.
