Paramount Launches Global Publishing Imprint to Develop Original IP and Expand Franchise Content
A new book imprint dedicated to original fiction and extensions of well-known franchises will be launched by Paramount Global Publishing. Amy Jarashow, who has been managing Paramount's publishing since 2023, will spearhead this initiative, reporting directly to Josh Silverman, the president of Global Products & Experiences. This imprint will create content inspired by Paramount's properties, working alongside licensed publishers such as Random House Children's Books and IDW. Paramount's collection features titles like PAW Patrol, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Star Trek. Initially focusing on print, digital, and audio books in the U.S. and Canada, the imprint plans to expand globally. Paramount Skydance, established in 2025 and acquiring Warner Bros. Discovery, is the parent company.
