Chinese architecture firm say architects has designed the new concept store for PANE, a footwear brand that reinterprets everyday shoes by blending classic craftsmanship with refined materials and elegant silhouettes. Located in the Phase II of Shenzhen Bay, the 140-square-meter flagship aims to cultivate a sustainable spatial language drawn from the brand's cultural DNA. The project, completed in 2026, was led by principal architects Zhang Yan and Shan Jianan, with a design team including Fan Yawen (Senior Managing Partner), Hu Qiheng, and Sun Haoyang. Engineering was handled by Nanjing Kuangda Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd., lighting by Hangzhou Huahao Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. and Taitron Electronics Co., Ltd., and furniture supply by HomeGallery.
