Pace Gallery opens second Hong Kong space at H Queen's

On March 26, 2018, Pace Gallery will unveil its second venue in Hong Kong, coinciding with Art Basel Hong Kong, located in the H Queen's skyscraper, a creation of William Lim. The space, designed by Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture, reflects the aesthetic of Pace's headquarters in New York. The opening exhibition will feature pieces by Yoshitomo Nara. Since its first Hong Kong gallery launched in 2014, which showcased artists such as Lee Ufan and Robert Rauschenberg, this new, larger location aims to cater to the Asian market. Director Marc Glimcher looks forward to joining other prominent galleries in H Queen's, with upcoming exhibitions planned for Mao Yan and Alexander Calder. Additionally, Pace operates in London, Beijing, Seoul, and New York, with a new headquarters set for Chelsea.
