Ora-Ora presents Jiang Heng's first solo gallery exhibition

Ora-Ora gallery will host the first solo exhibition by Chinese contemporary artist Jiang Heng, titled 'The Substance of Mirage'. The artist, a native of Guangdong Province, explores the tension between reality and value in a fast-paced, production-driven world. His work questions the impermanence of cultural norms and traditions in the face of material progress. Based in Guangzhou, Jiang Heng has spent decades documenting the rapid industrialization of southern China, examining its effects on society and the environment. The exhibition marks his debut solo show at Ora-Ora.
