Only Human Designs Mixed-Use Residential Project Casa H168 Inspired by Owners' Chinese Connections

Architecture firm Only Human has completed Casa H168, a private mixed-use residential project spanning 870 square meters. The design draws inspiration from the owners' lifelong connection to China, which began during their teenage years. Thanakrit Siriseth led the design team, with Runn Charksmithanont and Chayaluck Peechapat serving as architects in charge. Only Human handled both architecture and interior design for the project, which was completed in 2026. The architectural approach emphasizes exposed structures, materials, and construction systems. Lamphuan Phetloet served as general contractor, while Ah Ma's Garden provided landscaping services. Electrical engineering and consulting were handled by KC Loft. The project features products from Herman Miller, Audo Copenhagen, HAY, and Louis Poulsen. Miwa Negoro curated the project presentation.
