One Palace Green Apartment Lists for $32 Million with Martin Kemp Interiors
A three-bedroom flat at One Palace Green in London is available for £23.5 million ($32 million), which comes with furniture but excludes artwork. This is the inaugural listing in the development and the sole unit completely decorated by Martin Kemp Design. Situated on the first floor of a Victorian building, it boasts lofty ceilings, spacious reception areas, views of Kensington Palace, and a historic fireplace. The residence features three artworks by George Howard, the 9th Earl of Carlisle, who had the house designed by architect Philip Webb in 1870. In 2021, REDD Real Estate acquired the Grade II-listed property and transformed it into three apartments, a studio, a penthouse, and a coach house.
