Oluremi C. Onabanjo has taken on the role of Curator for the Department of Photographs at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. She'll be focusing on photography from the twentieth century and contemporary pieces, especially those related to time-based media, with an emphasis on global influences from Africa and Asia. Before this, she worked as The Peter Schub Curator at The Museum of Modern Art. In her new role, she'll be involved in creating exhibitions, making acquisitions, and conducting research.
