Office Zola Architectes Rehabilitates 19th-Century Industrial Complex in Vannes for 2025 Social Flow Space

Office Zola architectes is revitalizing a neglected 19th-century industrial site adjacent to Vannes train station, creating a mixed-use community space named Espacio social Flow, which is set to be completed in 2025. The extensive 1,800-square-meter project includes the restoration of a house, a 44-meter hall, and the remaining glass roof of a dilapidated winter garden. The design team is led by architects Laure Gahéry and Edouard Guyard, with Hadir Al Koshta as curator. Arest is responsible for structural engineering, while kypseli oversees fire safety design. Acoustic solutions are provided by Alhyange, and Briand&Bertherau handles signage. Photography is attributed to Maxime Delvaux and Office Zola architectes, with key suppliers including ALKERN, BEHAR, and others.
