NJPAC Seeks President & CEO with $700K Salary

The New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) in Newark is hiring a President & Chief Executive Officer, with an estimated base salary in the mid-$700,000 range. The search is led by DHR Global, specifically James Abruzzo and Michele Counter. The new leader will report to the Chair of the Board of Directors and oversee artistic, operational, financial, fundraising, and community engagement activities. NJPAC, opened in 1997, is one of the largest and most diverse performing arts centers in the US, employing about 125 full-time staff. The organization is also advancing a campus redevelopment initiative.
