Nick and Vanessa Lachey List Tarzana Home They Bought from Naomi Osaka for $8.195 Million

Nick and Vanessa Lachey have put their Tarzana, California residence on the market for $8.195 million, reflecting a $245,000 increase from the $7.95 million they acquired it for from Naomi Osaka in August 2025. This renovated home, built in 2014, occupies over half an acre and includes six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two powder rooms, totaling approximately 7,000 square feet. Notable features consist of a family room with a fireplace, a kitchen with dual islands, a movie theater, a game room, a wine cellar, and a primary suite with two balconies. Osaka also added an 800-square-foot gym/guesthouse. The backyard boasts a pool, barbecue area, and sports court. Mauricio Umansky and Craig Knizek are handling the listing. The Lacheys had previously sold their Encino home and owned a Hawaii property that went for nearly $9.5 million.
