This exhibition examines the concept of quiet quitting as a form of emotional resistance by Millennials and Generation Z against the hustle culture. Featured installations comprise a blue neon sign, an audio segment from Lino Banfi's 1983 movie 'Vieni avanti cretino,' a vacuum-sealed kayak, and switchable glass cases made by Vitrik. Since 2017, Studio Lombard, an accounting firm, has hosted exhibitions and released its January 2026 AES Arts+Economics quarterly almanac on quitting during this event. Additionally, an October 2025 symposium at Milan's Casa Degli Artisti focused on curators and artists exiting their professions, with literary references from Herman Melville, Tsumura Kikuko, and Byung-Chul Han.
