Newsletter Render reaches 60th issue with focus on Barcelona and Bruges urban regeneration

The 60th issue of Render, a newsletter launched in January 2024 by Artribune, focuses on urban and cultural regeneration in Barcelona and Bruges. Barcelona, as World Capital of Architecture 2026 and host of the UIA World Congress of Architects (June 28–July 3, 2026), is highlighted with a feature on the conversion of Les Tres Xemeneies in Sant Adrià de Besòs into the future Catalunya Media City. This site will host a Research by Design exhibition during the congress. The newsletter then shifts to Bruges, where the new cultural center BRUSK, designed by Robbrecht en Daem architecten and Olivier Salens architecten, is driving urban transformation. BRUSK marks the beginning of a new chapter for the Museum Quarter, including the conversion of BRON, restoration of the Groeningemuseum, and a future public park, reinforcing Bruges' UNESCO city status.
