Museo Nacional del Prado Seeks Two Shop Assistants for Temporary Exhibitions

The Museo Nacional del Prado is hiring two shop assistants for its Tienda Prado to work during temporary exhibitions. Candidates should have a commercial orientation, a commitment to visitor service and an interest in the cultural sector. Under section heads, duties include customer and visitor advice, product placement and restocking, payment handling via point-of-sale terminals, and processing incidents. Applicants need at least a Bachillerato qualification, a high level of English, commercial aptitude, communication skills and teamwork ability. At least one year of customer service experience in retail is valued, ideally in cultural shops or bookshops.
