Monocle's Tyler Brûlé Previews Lisbon Conference, Amble EV, and Na Praia

In his latest column for Monocle, Tyler Brûlé announces a series of upcoming projects and events. The Quality of Life Conference in Lisbon is less than two weeks away, set to be the biggest yet, with discussions on drone technology, retail, and an elegant auction, held primarily at the Gulbenkian.
