Moa Moa Pasta Club Opens in Ho Chi Minh City with Design Inspired by Pasta Making

The Lab Saigon has designed Moa Moa Pasta Club, a new restaurant located in a historic apartment building in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The interior design integrates culinary themes throughout, featuring a visible pasta preparation area at the entrance, mosaic flooring with a color gradient reminiscent of flour, and custom furniture with inlaid pasta shapes. The project connects the existing architectural framework with contemporary dining elements, using curved forms to contrast the building's rigid geometry and large windows to link the interior with the urban street scene.
