MFAH Marks US 250th Anniversary with 70+ Artworks
The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston (MFAH) will commemorate the 250th anniversary of America's founding with over 70 artworks from its collections, spanning antiquities to global modern and contemporary art. Starting July 1, 2026, visitors to the MFAH main campus, Rienzi, and Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens can follow a self-guided pathway featuring new audio stops and labels that contextualize each work historically and culturally.
