Metal Museum Opens Expanded Home in Memphis's Overton Park

On September 5, 2026, the Metal Museum will unveil its new location in Overton Park, representing a significant transition in its nearly five-decade existence. The museum, which specializes in fine metalwork, is relocating from its previous riverfront site to a larger space previously occupied by the Memphis College of Art.
