Mathieson Architects Unveils Minimalist Kurraba Penthouse in Sydney with Harbor Views

Architecture studio Mathieson has completed the Kurraba Penthouse in Sydney, a private residence designed to maximize waterfront vistas through minimalist interiors. The project was commissioned by developer Third.i, with collaborations from SJB architecture firm, landscape designer Dangar Barin Smith, and furniture brand Liaigre. The duplex features monochromatic spaces with natural materials like limestone, marble, and oak, alongside an art collection curated with Artbank. The design emphasizes open-plan living, movable partitions, and careful lighting to create a luxurious urban home.
