Brazilian artist Marina Rheingantz showcases a new collection at White Cube Seoul, where her paintings reinterpret memories, photographs, and impressions of the Brazilian landscape into dynamic, elusive terrains that defy a fixed sense of place. Instead of focusing on specific sites, Rheingantz creates her landscapes from a fluid personal archive, incorporating photographs, textile inspirations, artistic influences, and her childhood memories from rural Araraquara, Brazil.
