Manuela Sedmach's 'Guardatori' Exhibition Opens at Galleria Continua Paris

Manuela Sedmach's solo show, 'Guardatori,' is being held at Galleria Continua in the Marais area of Paris. Born in 1953 in Trieste, she now resides in northern Portugal. For more than thirty years, she has worked primarily with a color scheme of black, white, and Siena earth, which allows her to explore intricate nuances and expressive qualities in her work. Her paintings create mysterious atmospheres that invite viewers to contemplate both their surroundings and their feelings. The exhibition title refers to a series she started in the late 1980s using oil paints, which she has recently revisited with acrylics to further examine nature's transformations and gain fresh perspectives on natural events.
