As part of this arrangement, G-III Apparel Group will partner with WHP Global in a 50/50 joint venture, allowing them to retain ownership of Marc Jacobs's intellectual property. Additionally, G-III will manage the operating business through a long-term licensing deal worth $500 million. Marc Jacobs will remain as the founder and creative director.
