Luxury Overwater Villas in Belize Now Available for Purchase

Sales have commenced for Six Senses Residences Belize, a collection of overwater villas located on Emerald Caye, a private island near Ambergris Caye in Belize. This development introduces Maldives-style accommodations to the Caribbean region for the first time, offering 16 residences with two or four bedrooms. Designed by Studio CABAN, an architectural firm based in Arizona, and developed by CRDG LLC, a real estate investment company with connections to Belize, the project aims to provide a secluded luxury experience. The villas range in size from 4,387 square feet for two-bedroom units to 7,891 square feet for four-bedroom options, featuring multiple floors with amenities such as kitchens, pools, and balconies overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Furnishing packages from Maed Collective and Huber Design Studio are available for a complete move-in setup. The property is part of the larger Six Senses Belize resort, which includes 40 hotel suites, dining venues, a spa with Mayan-inspired treatments, and recreational facilities like a beach club and yoga pavilion. According to John Turley, a Development Partner, the appeal lies in Belize's warm climate, proximity to major U.S. cities via short flights, and access to unique natural attractions such as the Great Blue Hole and the Belize Barrier Reef. Construction is currently in progress, with completion expected by 2028.
