Despite being on the ground level, it offers expansive ocean views from its cliffside position, with design elements such as high ceilings, oak millwork, limestone flooring, and marble-and-brass accents. The development, scheduled for completion in 2028, will include a 91-room hotel and 42 private residences, with Ocean House containing 22 units and Beach House offering 20. Residents will have access to luxury amenities like a spa, infinity pool, and concierge services. The project spans 67 acres with over 2,700 feet of ocean frontage, including a private beach. Ryan Melkonian of Melkonian Capital Management described it as a unique Caribbean luxury offering that blends natural surroundings with high-end service.
