Lucy Delius debuts gothic black pearl jewellery at Dover Street Market

publication · 2026-06-04

Jeweller Lucy Delius from London has unveiled a new collection at Dover Street Market that showcases oversized black baroque pearls on knotted silk. This collection, which includes items such as the 'Tears of Zeus' tassel pendant priced at £7,500 and the 'Baby Diamond Ball Breaker' necklace costing £14,000, signifies a dramatic evolution for the brand established four years ago. Delius aimed for a more striking silhouette than gold could provide, drawn to the unique, inky shapes of the molten pearls. Mimi Hoppen, DSM's jewellery director, commended the blend of instinct and intention in Delius's designs, highlighting their wearability and strength. The collection is featured in the Wallpaper* magazine's July 2026 issue, available starting 4 June.
