Ložionica Center for Creative Industries and House of e-Government by AKVS Architecture

The Ložionica Center for Creative Industries and Innovations and the House of e-Government is a mixed-use architectural project in Serbia designed by AKVS architecture. Scheduled for completion in 2025, the development spans 23,200 square meters. The project involves multiple Serbian government entities as clients, including the Office for IT and e-Government and the Serbia Creates initiative. The architectural team is led by Anđela Karabašević Sudžum and Vladislav Sudžum, with project management handled by Dragana Čukić and Nikola Matić. Interior design is provided by INKA studio and MAPA architects, while Mašinoprojekt Kopring serves as the general designer. The original Ložionica building was designed in 1927 by Nikola Raičković. Construction is managed by M Enterijer Gradnja, with various engineering and consulting firms involved in structural, acoustic, and supervision roles. The project represents a significant investment in Serbia's creative and digital infrastructure, blending historical architecture with contemporary design for public and governmental use.
