The Loewe Foundation is hiring a Head of Programs and Operations based in Spain. Responsibilities include supporting the President in strategic priorities, managing budgets and financial reporting, overseeing operational and governance processes, coordinating relationships with museums, universities, and international partners, and supervising communications and digital platforms. Candidates must have experience in cultural management, foundations, museums, luxury sector, higher education, or international organizations, with strong budget management and organizational skills.
