Lift Gallery Opens in Riyadh's JAX Cultural District
Lift, a unique space combining a hybrid exhibition, co-working area, and concept shop, has officially opened in JAX, located in Riyadh's cultural district. Established by Princess Nouf bint Abdulaziz Al Saud, Lift serves as a hub for art, meetings, and the exchange of ideas. Originally launched in 2020 in central Riyadh, it moved to JAX in late 2024. The 6,500 sq. ft venue, designed by Quartz, features adaptable walls suitable for workshops, studios, and exhibitions across visual arts, design, film, photography, and fashion. Additionally, it offers a daily café, rotating exhibitions, and various workshops. Nouf champions emerging Saudi talent, having worked with artists such as eL Seed, Bradley Theodore, and Zhuang Hong Yi. JAX is part of the expansive 120,000 sq. m Diriyah project, which includes multiple cultural venues.
